In St. Helena, licensing your dog is a requirement, and it must be accompanied by proof of rabies vaccination. While cat licenses are voluntary, we highly recommend them to keep your pet safe.

Whether you choose a standard or designer tag, both serve as your pet’s license and can be personalized with your pet’s name and your phone number.

HomeSafe® 24/7 Lost Pet Service

When you license your pet through DocuPet, you’ll receive a tag with a unique 8-digit code. This code links directly to your pet’s online profile, so if your pet gets lost, anyone who finds them can quickly create a Found Pet Report.

If your pet goes missing, you can create a Lost Pet Report right away by logging into your DocuPet account. Your pet’s profile is a great place to upload current photos and include key details, like:

● Care instructions
● Identifying features

The more details you provide, the better the chances of getting your pet back home safely.
