"I think it is a good picture of Louie.  He is checking out his property from his porch seeing what varmints he needs to take care of!  He is the greatest cat and brings us so much joy.  He follows me around like a dog for some reason. "

Feral Success Stories

I wanted to thank you again for my two wonderful "feral" cats; it has been one year since they came to live with us.  The girls, Ginger and Maryann, are doing well.  They now both come when called and love to be petted. They are waiting in the barn every morning to be feed and are again waiting in the barn in the evening for love and affection when I come to pick up their food, not wanting to attract the raccoons, opossums and skunks. The girls are no longer frightened by my husband when he is working in the barn. We no longer have a rodent problem.

Both the girls are happy, healthy and well adjusted to life here. They have figured out that the dogs are fenced, so they often sit out in plain site and sun themselves. I wish I could send you a photo but they are still a little camera shy. I will try to take some photos and send them along.

Keep up the good work!

Marie O.

Late last summer, you brought down 3 little cats to me. All 3 were tabby's but 2 has a lot of white on the legs and belly. I kept them in the cage you provided and finally turned them out, hoping they would liek the place and stay.

It did not take very long before I was able to pet one of them so I called her Friendly. The second one had a dark bulls eye pattern on his side so he bacame Bulls Eye, and the third all brown tabby, is simply Brownie. Not very exciting names for 3 little kitties, but then does it really matter? They just come to kitty, kitty, kitty.

Since then, all three have tamed down and love to be petted and played with. The only thing different between them and a domestic cat, is they like things done on their terms. They stay around the place very well. I can pick them up with no problem and even was able to coctor one of their eyes when they got a sticker in it. I really enjoy my little kitties and thank you for them.

Thank you for all you do,

Marty C.
